Location
East London is only 26 km away, a mere 15 minutes drive from the East London airport. This makes it an ideal stop for people doing business in the area or families traveling along the coast.
Grahamstown and Hogsback are also within easy reach, as are the spectacular Amathole Mountains. The area is rich in history, culture, shipwrecks and other fascinating stories.

Kick off your shoes and relax, then consider a leisurely stroll to the beach with its tidal pool, lagoon and long sandy beaches as far as the eye can see and end up with a dip in our safe swimming area.

Scavenge the beach and rock pools for shells especially our famous pumpkin shells. Don’t be surprised if people wave and greet as they pass you by, either, cycling, running or walking their dogs. Flip flops, costumes and wraps are the fashion of the day.

Directions
Take the R72 from East London to Port Alfred or Port Alfred to East London. Take the Kidds Beach turn off. We are Number 69 on the left of the main road close to the beach. If you get lost ask a local they will know where we are.
